Rodney J. Suda, 55, of Dittmer was injured Friday afternoon, March 4, in a motorcycle crash on Hwy. B south of Cedar Hill Road south of Cedar Hill, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 3:32 p.m., Suda was riding a 2005 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide north on the highway, and Paul G. Comfort, 65, of Hillsboro, in a southbound 2013 Toyota Camry, partially crossed the center line and the left side of the car struck the left side of the motorcycle, the report said.
No injuries were reported for Comfort. However, Suda was moderately injured and taken by Big River Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County.
Suda was not wearing a helmet, or at least not a Department of Transportation-approved one, and Comfort was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The motorcycle and the car had minor damage, the report said.
