A 47-year-old Dittmer man was arrested for previous offenses following a crash in the 5800 block of Regina Road in Cedar Hill that left him and a passenger inured, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 3:59 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, the Dittmer man was driving a westbound 2007 Dodge Ram and ran off the road and struck a tree, the report said.
According to the report, the man and a passenger, Robert E. Lamb, 59, of Barnhart, were moderately injured and taken by Big River Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County.
The Dittmer man was treated and released, and Lamb was in satisfactory condition as of Monday morning, Feb. 5, a hospital spokesman said.
According to the report, the Dittmer man was arrested at 8:05 p.m. for previous offenses in Franklin County and Jefferson County.
The man was being held in the Jefferson County Jail in Hillsboro with bond, the report said.
Neither the driver nor Lamb was wearing a seat belt, and the vehicle was totaled, the report said.
