Angela M. Walton, 46, of De Soto was listed in good condition today (Oct. 6), three days after she was seriously hurt in a one-vehicle accident on Flucom Road west of Hickman Road in the De Soto area, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
At 2:16 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 3), Walton was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Impala east on Flucom Road, and the car began to slide on the pavement and ran off the right side of the road, where it struck a tree before coming to rest and blocking both lanes, the report said.
She was taken by Valle Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County.
Walton was wearing a seatbelt, the patrol reported.
The Impala was extensively damaged, the report said.
