A De Soto woman was hurt Saturday morning (Jan. 14) in a single-car traffic accident on I-270 in Bellefontaine Neighbors in northeast St. Louis County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Jessica Kelly, 32, was driving a 2005 Ford Escape east on I-270 at Lilac Avenue at 8 a.m. when she drove off the right side of the road and into a guard rail.
Kelly sustained moderate injuries and was taken by Bridgeton Ambulance to Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, the report said.
An update on her condition is not available.
Kelly was wearing a seat belt, the report said. Her car was damaged extensively.
