Zachary J. DeRousse, 20, of Crystal City was injured Monday night (June 25) in a motorcycle crash on Brickyard Road south of Hwy. B in Hillsboro, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 9:45 p.m., DeRousse was riding a 2016 Honda CBR 600RR south on Brickyard Road and failed to negotiate a curve, and the bike ran off the road and struck a tree, the report said.
He was moderately injured and transported by Valle Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County, according to the report.
However, St. Anthony’s had no information about him, a hospital spokesman said Tuesday.
DeRousse was wearing a helmet, the patrol reported.
The motorcycle was totaled, the report said.
