A Byrnes Mill woman was seriously injured in a single-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon (Sept. 4) on Antire Road near Peaceful Village in High Ridge.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Judy Daniel, 54, was driving a 2007 Nissan Quest east on Antire Road west of Pere Cliff Drive at 3:18 p.m. when the minivan slid off the right side of the road and hit several trees before sliding down an embankment.
Daniel sustained serious injuries and was taken by North Jefferson County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, the report said.
An update on her condition was not available.
Daniel was wearing a seat belt, the report said. The Nissan had extensive damage.
