Christina M. Heath, 57, of Bonne Terre was injured Monday morning (May 13) in a one-car accident on Hwy. 67 south of Hwy. CC south of Festus, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 6:05 a.m., Heath was driving a 2016 Ford Fiesta north on Hwy. 67 when it ran off the west side of the highway and hit a median wall, the report said.
Heath was moderately injured and transported by Joachim-Plattin Ambulance to Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City, the report said.
She was later transferred to Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, a hospital spokesman said.
Heath was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The Fiesta was totaled, the report said.
