A Ballwin man and a Cedar Hill man were seriously injured late Wednesday afternoon, June 15, in a two-vehicle accident on Hwy. 30 west of Delores Drive in the Murphy area of unincorporated Fenton, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 4:42 p.m., Eric L. Woodson, 44, of Ballwin was driving a 2015 Ford Fusion east on the highway and ran off the left side of the road, where the car crossed the grassy median and entered the westbound lane before striking a westbound 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 head-on. Donald C. Holt, 57, of Cedar Hill was driving the Ram, the report said.
Woodson and Holt were seriously injured and taken by North Jefferson County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County.
According to the report, both drivers were wearing seat belts, and the vehicles were totaled.
