Robert P. Faddis, 16, of Arnold was injured Wednesday night (Aug. 22) in a motorcycle wreck on Miller Road at Deborah Ann Drive southwest of Arnold, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 9:40 p.m., Faddis was riding a 2017 Yamaha YZF-R3 north on Miller Road at a high rate of speed, and when the bike crested a hill, it struck the rear of a 2017 Volkswagen Passat driven by Hana Ljubijankic, 21, of Arnold, the report said.
No injuries were reported for Ljubijankic.
Faddis was moderately hurt and transported by Rock Township Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County, where he was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.
Faddis was wearing a helmet, and Ljubijankic was wearing a seat belt, the patrol report said.
The motorcycle and car both had minor damage, the report said.
