Nora, a 3-year-old golden retriever, cannot wait to get outside when snow falls, owner Chris Valleroy of Hillsboro says. The photo was taken in December 2016 at Valleroy’s home, when Nora was 1.
“She loves the snow,” he said. “She’s always excited to see it. She’ll roll around in it and play. She’ll chase the kids in the sled.”
Valleroy said Nora is an energetic dog with a sweet disposition.
“She’s pretty outgoing,” he said. “Excitable, for sure, but she gets along with pets and people.”
She is unaware her size, he said.
“She thinks she’s smaller than she is,” he said. “She likes to jump on you.”
The Valleroys love Nora.
“She’s a good friend of the family,” he said. “Fits right in.”
