I took this photo of Elvis in our backyard during a January 2014 snowstorm. He’s 10 now. He loves the snow. I can’t get him outside in the summertime. If it’s 20 degrees, he’ll run around.
He’s a Shih Tzu. He’s like a little kid: stubborn, but, he’s loyal and likes everybody. I think the only people he barks at are letter carriers and UPS drivers.
Elvis was my mom’s. After she passed away, I took him and trained him.
He likes to sleep under a Christmas tree, so I keep one up all year for him. Everybody makes fun of me for keeping a tree up.
