Copper, a male foxhound with “a gentle disposition and a big voice,” is available for adoption at De Soto Animal Control, said Cody Moon, who heads up the agency.
“The people that network these animals for me are calling him Copper,” Moon said. “He loves to take walks and sniff around.”
Copper is not neutered and Moon said he estimates he’s around 4 years old.
For more information about Copper or for information about how to adopt a pet from De Soto Animal Control, send emails to Moon at codeofficer@desotomo.com, send a personal message to him on the City of De Soto Kennel Facebook page or call him at 636-586-3326, extension 114.
PET SPOT invites readers to submit a photo of their pets or nonprofit animal shelters to send one of an adoptable pet, plus a little information about the pet, to nvrweakly@aol.com. Please include a phone number and city of residence for submissions from individuals and contact information for animal shelters. A new PET SPOT is posted regularly.
