Jeffrey Spraul of Festus describes Cooper, a 7-year-old Boston terrier, as affectionate, but more so to his wife, Jennifer.
“He’s a very loving dog,” Spraul said. “He loves to snuggle with my wife every night in bed.”
Cooper is shown in a photo taken in May of 2024 “enjoying a nice afternoon in the fresh mowed grass,” Spraul said.
He said he and Jennifer have soft spots for Boston terriers.
“We’ve always had Boston terriers,” Spraul said. “They’re very friendly and loyal little dogs.”
He said the family recently added a new dog and the two dogs became fast friends.
“We just brought home a new dog, a shih tzu named Bennie,” he said. “They’re best buddies.”
