Kayla Patek of Festus says her Shih Tzu, Bo DeRousse, who’s about 3 years old, cannot get enough belly rubs.
“Especially when he first sees you, he’ll try to get a belly rub,” Patek said. “He’ll roll over on his back when you try to pick him up to get a belly rub.”
Patek said Bo is “the sweetest dog ever.”
“He loves family and friends who come to visit,” she said. “He’s definitely playful and active. He likes people.”
Patek said Bo is fun-loving.
“There’s a lot he likes,” she said. “He’ll use bones to play fetch. He’s so funny.”
However, Bo can be demanding, especially about belly rubs, Patek said.
“He’s spoiled and affectionate,” she said.
