1/2 pound ground beef suet (or 4 tablespoons olive oil)
2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
3 tablespoons Mexican chili powder
1 clove garlic
1 medium can whole tomatoes
Garlic and onion to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans of pinto beans
Put 1/2 pound ground beef suet in kettle. Let render for 5 minutes. (Or use 4 tablespoons olive oil.) Then add 2 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef, garlic and chopped onion. Salt to taste.
Add Mexican chili powder and a clove of garlic (or more) when nearly done.
Use little water while cooking. Add tomatoes and any other seasoning you like and pinto beans.
