16 1/3-inch-thick diagonal baguette slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces creamy Baetje Farms Lemon Bavarian goat cheese (you can use cream cheese or Gorgonzola)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Mix cheese and walnuts in a small dish. Lightly brush with olive oil and spoon mixture over bread; press lightly to adhere. Drizzle with honey.
Bake 8-12 minutes until cheese is slightly melted and golden.
