1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup cooking oil

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup blueberries

Crumb topping:

1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons butter

Combine eggs, milk and oil in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.

Prepare crumb topping by combining flour, sugar and butter together. Sprinkle over muffins.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
