Judah Lawrence, 6, of Imperial and his family recently visited Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., through Kurt Warner’s First Things First Foundation.
Judah is battling cystic fibrosis and his wish has been to visit the amusement park.
Through the foundation, Judah and his family were able to take the trip to Orlando and spend a day with other wish families with former St. Louis Rams quarterback Warner in the Magic Kingdom portion of the park.
Warner and his wife, Brenda, established the foundation to promote Christian values and finance projects such as trips for ill children, building recreation centers in children’s hospitals, rewarding single parents for ownership and encouraging inclusion in schools that enroll students with special needs.
