A CVS Pharmacy opened Sunday at 2120 Lone Star in Arnold.
The 10,711-square-foot store is at the corner of Hwy. 141 and Jeffco Boulevard near a QT and an Applebee's restaurant.
Both the CVS store and pharmacy are open 24 hours a day.
Also, the store has a drive-through.
Nancy Rider is the store manager, and Dawn Orr is the pharmacy manager. They both live in Illinois.
The store has 22 employees, Rider said.
She said the store had a soft opening on Sunday and has mailed out flyers to local residents announcing its “grand opening” and special offers.
As part of the CVS development, road improvements were made in the area.
