William Edward “Bill” McConnell, 75, of Hillsboro died April 24, 2013, at his home. Mr. McConnell is survived by his wife, Brenda (Osborn) McConnell of Hillsboro.
Funeral services were April 28 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, officiated by the Rev. Chris Holtmann. Burial was in Peaceful Meadows Cemetery in Hillsboro. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children or the Pony Bird Home in Mapaville. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
