Raymond J. Skiera Sr., 83, of Hillsboro died Nov. 16, 2012, in St. Louis. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joanne (Brock) Skiera.
No services were held. Memorials may be made to the Windsor Lake Rod and Gun Club. Arrangements were under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home.
