Raymond Eugene Blaylock, 59, of Pevely died Aug. 1, 2012, at his home. Mr. Blaylock is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Smith) Blaylock.
Funeral services were held Aug. 4 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, officiated by the Rev. Ray Thomas. Burial was in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Pevely. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
