A 52-year-old Arnold man recently was arrested for allegedly exposing himself at the U-Gas store, 3611 West Outer Road, in Arnold, says Major Nick McBroom of the Arnold Police Department.
At about 8 p.m. Tuesday (June 5), the man reportedly pulled into a handicap parking spot at the business, and a woman who was exiting the store confronted him about parking there when he didn’t have a placard indicating he was disabled, McBroom said.
The man allegedly got out of his vehicle and pulled down his sweat pants, saying, “Here’s my disability,” showing scars he had, McBroom said.
In the process, the man also exposed himself, McBroom said.
He was arrested for sexual misconduct, and Arnold Police will seek charges through the Municipal Court, McBroom said.
