A Dittmer teen suffered moderate injuries after losing control of her vehicle at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday (June 25) on Hwy. Y, north of Jim Wilson Road, in Dittmer, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
Madison G. Thomas, 17, was driving a 1998 Jeep Cherokee southbound on Hwy. Y when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, down an embankment, overturned several times and struck a tree, the report said.
Thomas was taken by Valle Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County, the patrol reported.
The report said Thomas was not wearing a seat belt.
