Debbie Milligan, 49, of Arnold died Aug. 7, 2012, in St. Louis. Mrs. Milligan is survived by her husband of 32 years, Kurt Dierkes.
Graveside services were held Aug. 10 at Park Lawn Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children. Arrangements were under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home in St. Louis County.
