A junior, Ruble has won Class 4 state medals at the Mizzou Arena in Columbia at 138 pounds (sixth) and 150 (third) in his first two seasons. The Jaguars traveled to Kansas City to compete in the Stampede on Dec. 19-20 and were one of 76 teams. Wrestling at 150, Ruble won his first two matches by technical fall and pinned his third opponent in 53 seconds. After winning 4-1 and 4-0 decisions in his next two matches, Ruble lost a 5-2 decision in the final to Edmond North, Okla. junior Garrison Sartain.
