A three-year member of the Lion varsity, the senior outside hitter has helped lead Northwest to a record of 8-1 through the first month of the season. In a five-set victory over Suburban Conference Red pool rival Seckman in Imperial on Sept. 14, Vermillon had 16 kills in 53 attempts, nine digs, two assists and three blocks. She leads the Lions with 119 kills this season.
