The 2018 Festus graduate’s two-run ground-rule double sparked Festus American Legion Post 253’s offense and tied Ste. Genevieve Post 150 2-2 in the third inning on Sunday. Festus beat Ste. Gen 4-2 in the District 13 game. Before the annual Andy Habsieger Memorial game, Mann was awarded a $1,000 scholarship. Mann said he hopes to attend Jefferson College and play baseball for the Vikings, who won a team-record 54 games and reached the JUCO World Series last month.
