The senior guard set the Blackcats’ career record in assists with 475 in a 62-47 loss to North County in Bonne Terre on Jan. 20. Metcalf broke the record held by Gayla Caldwell, a 1992 graduate of Herculaneum. The Blackcats (11-5) have won their last two games and beat Jefferson 58-34 in a JCAA small-schools game on Friday night. Metcalf had six assists against the Blue Jays and sits at 493 for her career.
