The junior running back gained 173 yards on seven carries (24.7 yards per carry), had touchdown runs of 70 and 76 yards in the first quarter and later caught a TD pass of five yards from quarterback Griffin Ray in the Hawks’ 49-0 rout of Northwest Friday at Hillsboro. A first team all-MAFC Red linebacker in 2020, Romaine had three tackles for loss as the Lions were held to 74 yards of total offense.
