Zak Lee Rex Stafford, 25, of Festus died Aug. 15, 2015, in Jefferson County. Mr. Stafford was a hard worker and enjoyed fishing. He was born July 26, 1990, in Farmington, the son of Rex Ray Stafford of Bloomsdale and Darla (Thomas) Williams of Bloomsdale.
Ina addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter: Ellie Raelynn Stafford of Ste. Genevieve; close friend, Chelsey Irwin; two sisters: Darleah (Tyler) Rachels of Waterloo, Ill., and Asa Stafford of Bloomsdale; and a brother: Stevie Ray Stafford of Bloomsdale.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Andy Williams and Hank Williams.
Visitation is at 9 a.m. and a funeral service is scheduled for noon Thursday, Aug. 20, at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve, officiated by the Rev. Joe Mancuso. Burial is in the Concord Cemetery in Bloomsdale. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements were under the direction of Basler Funeral Home.
