Yvonne Dorothea (Yaeger) Nestor, 85, of Frisco, Texas, died Jan. 28, 2019. Mrs. Nestor was a homemaker. She was an avid bowler and bridge player, enjoyed casino gambling, was an excellent cook and made wonderful lasagna and cheesecakes. She was born May 18, 1933, in Irvington, N.J., the daughter of the late Louise (Girard) and George Frank Yaeger. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years: Alexander Nestor, whom she married Aug. 2, 1952, in New Jersey and who died in July 2016.
She is survived by three children: Alex (Vanessa) Nestor of Frisco, Texas, Gary (Cindy) Nestor of De Soto and Nancy (Randy) Heffron of Blackwell; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Bonnie Land; and a brother: George Yaeger.
Arrangements were under the direction of Turrentine- Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco.
