William Mora, 91, of Imperial died Aug. 12, 2019, in Imperial. Mr. Mora was retired from the Anheuser-Busch Cos. and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Arnold. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, crossword puzzles, dominoes and watching baseball. Born Oct. 22, 1927, he was the son of the late Refugio (Aleman) and Gabriel Mora.

He is survived by his wife: Maria (Cuevas Ramos) Mora of Imperial; three daughters: Carmen (Daniel) Valencia of Vacaville, Calif., Maria Crafton of De Soto and Virginia (Joseph) Pusateri of Imperial; two sons: William (Jennifer) A. Mora Jr. of Wood River, Ill. and Ruben (Anna) Mora of Belvedere, Ill.; 23 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son: Gabriel Mora; a brother: Enrique Mora; a sister: Guadalupe Mora; a grandson: David Mora; and a son-in-law: Jerry Crafton.

Funeral Mass was held Aug. 16 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Arnold. Burial was in Peaceful Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to Masses. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home, De Soto.
