Virginia Rose Kemper, 81, of De Soto died Nov. 28, 2013, at Hillcrest Care Center in De Soto. Mrs. Kemper was the daughter of the late Lester and Corine Mary (Rulo) Pashia.
Funeral services were held Nov. 30 at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto, officiated by Pastor Steve Leach. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
