Virga Annette Shaw, 56, of Festus died April 25, 2015, at Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur. Ms. Shaw was a retired nursing assistant. She was a member of a local quilt club and enjoyed quilting, reading and crafts. Born March 2, 1959, in Quantico, Va., she was the daughter of Alberta (Nash) Jones of Fenton and the late Albert Lee Shaw III.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two brothers: George (Karen) Shaw of Arnold and Daniel(Natalia) Shaw of Fenton; and a nephew: Kevin William Shaw.
Memorial visitation is scheduled for 1 p.m. and a memorial service for 2 p.m. Thursday, May 7, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins, in Festus. Burial is in the Herculaneum Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Ozark Food Pantry, 100 Park Ave., Festus 63028. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
