Veda Dianne Ems, 74, of Herculaneum, died Aug. 13, 2021, at Scenic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Herculaneum. Mrs. Ems was an electronics technician for Code Three. She enjoyed leather tooling, studying the Bible and spending time with her family. Born Sept. 30, 1946, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Noveda Marie (Brotherton) and Charles William Kusman.
She is survived by a son: Steven (Stephanie) Ems of St. Clair; a daughter: Stacy Ems of Festus; four grandchildren: Janene (Adam) Berry of Byrnes Mill, Shannon (David) Jara of Kansas City, Garrett Ems of St. Clair and Logan Ems of St. Clair; four great-grandchildren: Adalyn, Alivia, Jameson and Oceanna; and numerous family members and friends.
