Thomas Beakley, 66, of Herculaneum died Dec. 28, 2021, at his home. Mr. Beakley served in the U.S. Marines and was employed at McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft as a mechanic. Born July 6, 1955, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Thelma (Cox) and Andrew Beakley.
He is survived by three sons: Thomas (Elizabeth) Beakley III of Alton, Ill., Anthony (Beth) Beakley of St. Charles and Christopher (Tracey) Karrenbrock of Florissant; two daughters: Juanita (Tim) Jackson of Lyles, Tenn., and Theresa Beakley of Norwood, Mass.; two brothers: Woody (Mary) Beakley of St. Louis and Jim Beakley of Arkansas; two sisters: Emma (John) Stanfield of Rolla and Sharon (Randy) Blase of Hillsboro; 12 grandchildren: Dena, Jeffrey, Aaron, Sean, Jessica, Jon, Joe, Lily, Piper, Jake, Ryan and Nick; and four great-grandchildren: Kaylee, Axel, Riley and Waylon. He was preceded in death by three siblings: Steve Beakley, Ralph Beakley and June.
A funeral service was held Jan 7 at Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus. Burial was in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
