Terry Lyn Stanfill, 67, of Barnhart died March 9, 2019. Mrs. Stanfill had worked as a secretary. She loved horses and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Her favorite times were attending their sporting events. Born Nov. 4, 1951, in St Louis, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Delores (Cornman) Kennon. She was preceded in death by her husband: Dennis Stanfill.
She is survived by two daughters: Chrissy Miller of Barnhart and Shelly (Steve) Yates of Herculaneum; three brothers: Tim Kennon of Festus, Alan (Brenda) Kennon of Perryville and Justin (Michelle) Kennon of Champaign, Ill.; four grandchildren: Chloe, Dalten, Landen and Kamden; and many nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Diane Moore; and a niece, Jennifer Kennon.
Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Drive, in Festus. Visitation is at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday, March 15, at Whitewater Christian Church in Perryville. Burial is in the Whitewater Christian Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
