Tammy (Clemmons) Kennedy, 60, of Festus died Dec. 15, 2021. Ms. Kennedy worked as a dispatcher for the Festus Police Department. She graduated from Festus High School in 1979 and, after moving to Clifton, Tenn., worked as an accountant for the state of Tennessee. While there, she attended Green River Church in Waynesboro, Tenn., where she committed her life to Jesus Christ. She was born June 13, 1961, in St. Louis, the daughter of Randall and Frances Clemmons of Festus.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter: Stephanie Kennedy; a son: Wesley Kennedy of Festus; a sister: Cindy Arb of Fenton; and three grandchildren: Bianca, Jalen and Uriah.
Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, at the funeral home. Burial is in the Gamel Cemetery in Festus. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
