Sharron Ann Speckmann, 79, of Murphy died Feb. 6, 2022, in Festus. Mrs. Speckmann was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic Church. She was born Dec. 1, 1943, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late Beatrice Neu Keen and Ralph Thornton. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years: Fred Speckmann.
She is survived by two children: Dean (Mary Quartuccio) Italiano of Missouri and
Anthony (Diana Guardiola) Italiano of Florida; a sister: Jean (Harvey) Alderson of Missouri; five grandchildren: Angela Italiano of Missouri, Samantha Italiano Callahan of Missouri, Gina Italiano Kortkamp of Illinois, Nicholas Italiano of Missouri and Marinna Italiano of Wisconsin; and six great-grandchildren: Colton Cox, Jack Callahan and Sunny Callahan of Missouri, Reese Kortkamp of Illinois and Na’Jae Dellinger and Na’Mya Dellinger of Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by a brother: Charles Thornton.
Mrs. Speckmann chose to be cremated. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
