Seth Thomas Perkins, 23, of Festus died Dec. 2, 2021, in California. Mr. Perkins enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Born July 17, 1998, he was the son of Frank Perkins and Sarah (Leon) Carr.
He is survived by five siblings: Tyler (Stephanie) Cook, Alexandra (Thomas) Chandler, Jacob Carr, Corey Carr and Katelyn Carr; one niece: Amelia Cook; grandparents: Frank and Susan Perkins; and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by an uncle: Tim Broombaugh; three grandparents: Oman and Betty Broombaugh and Barbara Perkins.
A memorial service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Pevely with a private burial to follow.
