Scott David Kelley, 40, of Hillsboro died March 20, 2015, at his home. Mr. Kelley was a driver for Fred Weber Inc. and a member of Teamsters Local 682. Born Sept. 26, 1974, in St. Louis, he was the son of William Troy and Debra Joyce Kelley of Hillsboro.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter: Ava Rae Hazel Kelley of Villa Ridge; and a sister: Shannon (Mark) Markotay of Festus.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 25, at the funeral home. Burial is in Peaceful Meadows Cemetery in Hillsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
