Sara Lea Hopper, 41, of Festus died July 25, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Hopper was a former cashier at Walmart. She enjoyed taking pictures, her dogs Cujo, Baby Girl and Stain, and being with her family. Born Aug. 6, 1976, in Festus, she was the daughter of Linnie (Combs) Thatch of Hillsboro and the late Donnie Duncan.
She is survived by her husband: Jason Hopper; three daughters: Alisha Marie Hiatt of Festus, Kristen Marie Hiatt of De Soto and Carrie Rose Hiatt of Hillsboro; and a sister: Jamie Duncan of De Soto.
A private gathering was held. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home.
