Robin Frances Robinson, 62, of Byrnes Mill died March 5, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Robinson was born Jan. 18, 1957, in Crystal City, the daughter of the late Esther Jane (Lancaster) and Robert F. Self Sr.
She is survived by her husband: Gerald William Robinson, whom she married Jan. 10, 1976; two daughters: Nancy Jane Robinson of Litchfield, Ill., and Gina (Dan) McCulley of Byrnes Mill; a brother: Robert F. (Michelle Ann) Self Jr. of De Soto; eight grandchildren: Emilee G. (Troy) Long, Gavin Middleton, Samuel Middleton, Joseph Middleton, Benjamin Robinson, Kirsten (Jaymes Brookshire) Cates, Hayley Cates and Hannah McCulley; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Preston James Self.
A funeral service was held March 7 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, officiated by Mrs. Robinson’s uncle, Harold Hurtgen. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
