Robert J. Ziegler, 80, of Arnold died Jan. 4, 2020. Mr. Ziegler worked for 36 years for McDonnell Douglas and Boeing. He was a lifetime member of Immaculate Conception Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus and a volunteer for Cub Scout Pack-Boy Scout Troop 419 and the Missouri Department of Conservation. He enjoyed fly fishing. Born April 4, 1939, in Arnold, he was the son of the late Cecilia Weldele and Arthur Ziegler.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Judy Ziegler.
He is survived by a son: Tom (Teresa) Ziegler; a daughter: Jennifer (Paul) Ems; two sisters-in-law: Rose Ziegler and Betty Ziegler; and two grandchildren: Bobby and Katie Ziegler.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Art (Jane) Ziegler, Bill Ziegler and Jim Ziegler; and a sister: Dorothy (Harold) Brouke.
Memorial visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. Funeral Mass will take place Saturday, Jan. 25, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2300 Church Road, in Arnold. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
