Rita R. Peters, 71, of Arnold died June 16, 2019, in Arnold. Mrs. Peters was a cosmetologist. Born April 29, 1948, in Crystal City, she was the daughter of the late Allene Priest and Robert DeRousse.
She is survived by her husband: Donald Q. Peters; three sons: Daniel (Cheryl) Eubanks of Nashville, Tenn., Terry (Cheryl) Peters of Fort Worth, Texas, and Richard R. Peters of Santa Fe, N.M.; a daughter: Michele Oakes of Fenton; three grandchildren: Nicole (Joseph) Parsons and Amanda and Roy Oakes; two great-grandchildren: Peyton and Aria Parsons; a niece: Jennifer Allgire; and a nephew: James Rice.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, at Kutis Funeral Home, 10151 Gravois Road, in Affton. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Homes.
