Richard Paul Neff, 74, of Festus died Dec. 13, 2018, in Festus. Mr. Neff was a security officer for a private security firm. He was an avid Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs fan, and he enjoyed watching news and sports and spending time with his grandchildren.
Born June 27, 1944, in Kansas City, he was the son of the late Kenneth W. Neff and Viloa (Moore) Neff.
He is survived by two sons: Eric Neff of Colorado and Steven Neff of Festus; one brother: Butch Neff of Oak Grove; two sisters: Helen Tranckino of Kansas and Dean Clevenger of Kansas City; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son: Timothy Neff.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
