Richard John ‘Rich’ Dittmann, 63, High Ridge

Richard John “Rich” Dittmann, 63, of High Ridge died Jan. 8, 2022, at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton. He was a bricklayer and a member of Knights of Columbus 8588, the ACTS program at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in High Ridge and Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in House Springs. He also volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul Society. Born July 26, 1958, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Sebastian and Joan (DeGunia) Dittmann.

He is survived by his partner: Mary Sutton of High Ridge; a daughter: Catrina (Tom) McFarland of Festus; two sons: Anthony (Taylor) Dittmann of St. Louis and Andrew Dittmann of St. Louis; five brothers: Jim (Margaret) of Festus, Paul of Byrnes Mill, Dan (Sandy) of Fenton, Mike (Bernie) of Colorado Springs, Colo., Tim (Barb) of Kansas City; and five grandchildren: Makenzie, Michael, Matthew, Madelyn and Sebastian.

A celebration of life will be at 10 a.m. Saturday (Jan. 29) at St. Martin of Tours, 610 W. Ripa Ave., in St. Louis.
