Richard Earl Ham, 65, of Festus died Jan. 17, 2022, at Festus Manor. Mr. Ham served in the U.S. Marines, and he worked in construction. He enjoyed fishing, collecting coins, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed his dogs, Eddie, Sassy and the late Lucy. Born July 10, 1956, in Memphis, Tenn., he was the son of the late Earl and Marie (Walker) Ham.
He is survived by his wife: Deborah Irene (Farris) Ham; a son: Ricky (Kendra) Ham of De Soto; a daughter: Krystal Ham of St. Louis; a sister: Peggy (Bill) Meyer of Festus; a brother: John Ham of Arkansas; and eight grandchildren: Sofia, Layla, Lilly, Seth, Shane, Sydney, Abbie and Aaron.
He was preceded in death by seven siblings: Larry (the late Diane) Ham, Jerry Ham, Bob (the late Cheryl) Ham, Jackie (the late Rita) Ham, Luther Ham, Barbara (the late Willis) Crossno and Janice (the late Vernon) Crossno.
A private cremation was planned. Arrangements by Mahn Funeral Home in Festus.
