Randy Willis Schwent, 62, of Imperial died Nov. 9, 2022, in Imperial. Mr. Schwent worked as a boilermaker for Local 57. Born Dec. 21, 1959, in Festus, he was the son of Mary (Sparks) Schwent of Imperial and the late Willis Schwent. He was preceded in death by his wife: Janet Schwent.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by three children: Sarah (Steven) Inge of Barnhart, Brandi (Stephen Branham) Schwent of Fenton and Kasandra (Matthew) Adler of Barnhart; two siblings: Earleen (Kevin) Stockwell of Festus and Timothy (Tonya) Schwent of Hillsboro; and five grandchildren: Robert, Adrianna, John, Annaliese and Norah, with another on the way.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a funeral service at noon Saturday, Nov. 12, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Burial is in the Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Memorials may be made to Spina Bifida of Greater St. Louis. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
